Denver Smyth is a multi-faceted

business leader who currently dwells in Kitsap County. His leadership knowledge and experience spans well over a decade and his primary specialties are in Operations Management, Construction, and Manufacturing. 

Marianna was born and raised in Kitsap County and proud to be raising her family there as well. A sense of community is very important to her and is evidenced by her large network within the community.

Paul Smyth, a long time resident of Kitsap County, is a prolific entrepreneur.  Paul’s expertise spans nearly three decades, in which time he has created a successful businesses from the ground up.

Ian hails from the mid-west and his entire life changed when he joined the Navy and learned he liked beer. After the Navy Ian, and his family settled in the PNW where they enjoy spending time in the great outdoors being as active as possible. 

Kimi has lived all over the states and now calls Kitsap her home.  She enjoys connecting with her customers and looks forward to seeing you on your next visit.

As a former engineer, Jake loves the technical side of the brewing process. He started home-brewing around 10 years ago and we're glad to have him on our team. You'll find him in the taproom slinging beers and also on the brew floor creating new test batches. 

Yes, he's a Green Bay fan, but we'll let it slide since he's a pretty cool guy! Erik is a sports fan and a lover of the Craft Beer industry. You'll see him out and about selling and delivering WRB brews so flag him down and say "Hello!"
